Neil Thorne, Rappor’s newly appointed Transport Planning Director.

Rappor has added to its Transport Planning Team in Bristol by appointing Neil Thorne as a Transport Planning Director.

Neil has over 20 years of Transport Planning consultancy experience. He is a results-driven Transport Planner and Land Development Consultant specialising in integrated transport and infrastructure planning, master planning, sustainable transport and land use strategies covering strategic mixed-use, residential, retail, leisure, education, commercial and business/science park developments.

Neil‘s expertise lies in developing sustainable transport solutions to support strategic land development schemes, acting as a project manager, client advisor, and Expert Witness, and coordinating single or multi-disciplinary teams throughout a project’s life cycle.
